Next Chapter

I didn't realize until I was clocking out at work tonight that it was my last night. I put in my two weeks already, and didn't realize that the date I'd put down was tonight, not tomorrow.

It's bittersweet. I will miss working for Costco. It's a wonderful company with wonderful people, and has given me a lot of life experience that will stay with me for years to come. But it's time to move on to the next chapter.

Also, my swelling ankles and lower back are already thanking me.

I feel very blessed to be able to quit my job so that I can focus on being a mother and a musician. I am so grateful for my supportive husband, and for the wonderful career he's started with USAA that allows him to support our family.

Now it's time to focus on moving into our new place, and get ready for Baby McCann.
